The communication before checking in was great, and the staff was super friendly at arrival. The cabin was cozy, really clean, and the comfy bed made for a great night's sleep. Plus, the kitchen was well-equipped, which I loved for preparing meals! There were some issues. I found it quite inconvenient that it’s not close to town—definitely a trek if you want to head out.

Top 10 offers excellent facilities. The kitchen was well-equipped for basic cooking, and the clean bathroom was spacious. Our kids loved the inflatable bouncy pillow and tennis courts. The cabin was comfortable, and everything was spotless.

All in all everything was perfect, had a such wonderful stay that was well worth the visit. Its location was great and handy, in the main field, and in a pretty nice area. Besides, Clarehall Shopping Centre was 3 km away from the venue.

Kids enjoyed the on-site activities and staff were helpful extending our stay. unclear bathroom location and disruptive guests impacted the experience. Despite the incident, the staff were caring and the campsite was exceptionally clean and well-maintained.

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium at the nearby Mystery Creek Events Centre. The location was perfect, just 14 km away. The facilities at the hotel were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for my work trip.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or a quiet workspace where I could work on my presentations and documents. It would have been convenient to have access to a space specifically designed for guests who are visiting for work purposes.

Exceptionally nice location just a walking distance from Porta Santa Maria. Spotless, budget units provided with bathroom and comfy beds plus 40'' TV. Great service, very very helpful staff.

We love staying at Top 10! the cabins are clean and spacious, perfect for our small family. the beds are comfortable and the linens provided are fresh. We were impressed by the hot showers and great water pressure, perfect after a long day of work. the shared bathrooms were spotless and the toilets and bathroom were well-maintained. We appreciated the amenities like the Wi-Fi in the rooms, kettle, and fridge. the campground itself is beautifully maintained with lovely kitchen and dining areas. We always have a great time here and will keep coming back!
