Cambridge is a hidden gem, boasting a well-equipped kitchen and a fab picnic area for munching under the stars. The large grass areas and sporting zones are a real bonus for fun family times.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the place, but I did wish for a more extensive playground for the kids—still, everything else shined bright.

A peaceful family getaway
We were delighted with our spacious family room, perfect for two teenagers and two children. The kids enjoyed the pillow jump, while I appreciated the hot showers. Staff were genuinely helpful!
It’s a bit of a trek to town, so if you're looking for a lively atmosphere, be prepared for a short drive. The shared facilities can feel crowded during peak hours.

The shared bathroom was a bit busy, and the extra charge for my dog felt a bit petty, but the place was neat, and the outdoor kitchen was a treat!

The facilities were impressive, particularly the
Communal kitchen and BBQ area. Everything was kept exceptionally clean, and the location being close to local cafes made our stay enjoyable. the lack of a fold-down seat in the accessible unit’s shower was a concern for my partner's comfort.

The cabins offered plenty of space, as well as comfortable bedding for groups—great for a family gathering. The bathrooms were clean and had surprisingly good water pressure, which is a rarity in these types of places.
The shared facilities are a real pain, with an open kitchen that leaves little privacy. The TV room is locked up for most of the night, and if you lose your room key, be prepared to fork over a hefty fee. The mattresses were thin, making sleep a challenge, and the Wi-Fi was slower than a Hoth snail. Plus, it was inconvenient to have to rent towels and bed sheets when such basics should just be included.
